How many pills do i need to take?
The usual dose is 2 pills daily. Take them with a large glass of water every morning 30 minutes after food. You may if desired, take up to 4 pills daily, this can produce better results. But do not take more than 2 pills in 8 hrs, and never take more than 4 pills in a single day.
